Our price starts from as low as $2,2XX + GST per square meter for four or more 170sqm and above standalone units. This price covers everything from foundation to interior finishing. Civil works, EPA, landscape, and utility costs are extra, as they can vary by site.

We offer a typical 8-10 month turnaround time, broken down into 2 months of civil works, 5-6 months of construction, and 1-2 months for title and CCC production.
